Smart SME's

EPIC is intentionally designed to unite the innovation and nimbleness that are the hallmark of SMEs with the economies of scale and network effects that are the traditional domain of larger industrial players and service providers.  As such, EPIC will use the IBM Cloud Computing infrastructure to create a European ‘innovation ecosystem’ that enables European SMEs to market innovative new, user-driven applications in a scalable and cost effective manner.

EPIC was developed and structured by SMES, for SMEs.  Key SME partners include:

  • 21c Consultancy – a female owned and operated SME  that specialises in ICT innovation projects in the public and private sectors
  • IS-Practice - a Program Management Office that delivers project management and high-level advice  within the  public sector
  • Athens Technology Center - an IT solutions and services provider targeting specific sectors incl. the Media, Banking and Retail Sectors, Utilities and Public Sector Organisations
  • Navidis -  a Software Editor of multimedia cartography for territorial communities (administrations & companies), enterprises and education
  • Produpress - the company behind Belgium’s leading online real estate platform
